Ventura Avenue Apartments

This 70 unit, 6 story condominium is located in the heart of Abbotsford. The landscaping comprised of an outdoor terrace common area that included attractive gardens, sodded lawn space and composite decking. The over-slab project also consisted of balcony pavers, a garbage enclosure complete with green roof, raised block planters  and unit paver walkways. We completed this project in collaboration with General Contractor: J. Floris Construction and PMG Landscape Architects.
